Not long at all! The lessons will help them build the ceremony from start to finish… basically they’ll just need to fill in the gaps of the template provided.

It takes five to ten minutes tops! You’ll need to sign some legal docs, say your legal vows, as well as complete some paperwork.

All sorts of ways! First, there’s the lessons, which are delivered via a nifty LMS (Learning Management System). Plus - as a Celebrant myself - I’ll be there to help every step of the way, including looking over scripts and providing general advice.

The only other cost to look out for is if you want to change your name and check that your marriage is registered. You can do this by ordering your official marriage certificate form the government, which is approximately $60.

My arrival on the day to complete your legal docs can be dependent on what other weddings I have on that day. If it’s a rural wedding, a local Celebrant may be sourced. This may involve an extra charge.

There’s 11 of them and they go for around 10 to 15 minutes each.
AN IMPORTANT NOTE
Depending on the package you choose, My Celebrant Buddy incorporates commitment ceremonies. As such, your Celebrant Buddy will need to advise to all present that the legal elements will be taken care of at another time by an Authorised Celebrant. The words ‘wedding’ or ‘marriage’ are to be avoided.
