What time will I (Paul arrive at the ceremony)?
I’ll arrive there between 30 and 45 minutes before the ceremony.
Do you have your own PA and Mic?
Sure do. And a backup, too.
Can we play songs out of this PA?
Yup, you can. I recommend getting a musician or DJ to play the tunes.
Failing that you can ask someone from the crowd to play it out of my PA (I have an iPhone adaptor and AUX).
Failing that, I can do it (though I’d prefer to concentrate fully on the ceremony if I’m being honest).
How many songs do I need for the ceremony?
Here is a good guide for the amount of tunes you’ll need:
2 song for walking down aisle (one for walk, one for back up in case it finishes)
3 songs for signing of the documents
2 songs for walking back down the aisle
Where do I stand during the ceremony??
One of the most overlooked elements of a wedding ceremony is positioning the wedding party.
This is the general rule of thumb where everyone should stand (the bride and groom should be close enough that they have the option to hold hands).
I will stand to the side when it comes to rings and the kiss.
What time should I ask people to arrive?
I’d say 15 to 20 mins before. You can go half an hour, but it’s quite a while to wait.
How do I get my NOIM witnessed?
I can now do this over zoom, or you can get in touch with me to get it done by a prescribed authority.
Please note this must be done at least a month before the ceremony.
I need help with my vows! Where do I go?
Sure! Here’s an instructional guide.
Do you take care of the documentation??
I sure do.
How do I change my name?
I will send instructions on how you can do this after the ceremony.
